The PerformanceFX program is designed for those who are looking for a more competitive edge. Athletes in various sports or those looking to kick up their training a notch will want to train under the guidance of a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Your coach will help assess and achieve athletic priorities. Whether it be for in-season or off-season training, you will be provided with a periodized program every three months designed with your needs in mind. The program will teach you how to develop and maintain your athleticism through a variety of drills and exercises that will take you and your game to the next level.
