The program incorporates the latest health information into a step-by-step plan. Utilizing our unique on-line training platform, lines of communication will always remain open. Program adjustments can be made instantly, if needed, and a FitFX coach can monitor your progress along the way to keep you on track to reach your personal goals.
** The minimum time required to make new habits is three months. Achieving wellness is a process requiring practice and, like any habit, will take time and commitment. A three-month minimum commitment is required to ensure your success. You may continue your program after the initial 3 months. **
